About the company
Filtr.uz is a company in manufacturing and trade: several branches, a warehouse and a network of agents. Daily processes were run in different systems — accounting in 1C, planning and statistics in Excel, orders in SalesDoc, warehouse in MoySklad, tasks in Trello.
Because the data was scattered, balances did not match, reports were collected manually, and management could not see the real-time picture. The Nova Code team implemented Odoo ERP: sales and CRM, warehouse, finance and team modules were configured, and custom functions were written for agent sales and inter-branch transfers.

How we built it
Analysis and technical specification
We studied the processes step by step and prepared a precise technical specification for modules, integrations and roles. We held separate meetings with the responsible employees of each department.
Configuration and custom development
We configured Odoo modules to fit the company's processes. We wrote custom modules for agent sales, inter-branch transfers and manager control.
Data migration
We securely migrated the customer base, product balances and receivables to Odoo from 1C, Excel and MoySklad, and performed control reconciliations.
Training and launch
We trained employees of each department, prepared video tutorials and launched the system step by step. Technical support continues after implementation.
