What software does a concrete plant need?
A concrete plant usually tracks recipes by concrete grade, raw materials (cement, sand, gravel), orders, mixer and truck trips and customer debts. We bring these into one system on Odoo ERP and connect camera gate control, as at N1 Beton.
Is Odoo suitable for factory automation?
Yes. Odoo has manufacturing (MRP), inventory, purchasing, quality and accounting modules. We adapt them to the plant and add the features it needs.
Can it be introduced without stopping production?
Yes. The system is connected step by step: first one area, then the rest. Data is moved and staff are trained.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
It depends on the plant size, the number of areas and integrations. The exact price and timeline are agreed after the technical brief.
