Moonshot releases Kimi K3.1 Pro with a 1-million-token context
Kimi K3.1 Pro is live through the API, and its open weights are promised for November 4.

On October 23 the Chinese company Moonshot AI released Kimi K3.1 Pro through its API. The model works with a context of up to 1 million tokens and understands text and images. A Highspeed version that answers two to three times faster came out with it.
The independent ranking Artificial Analysis gave the model a score of 55, placing it fourth among the strongest models at launch. The weights are planned to be opened on November 4, after which the model can run on your own server.
More strong models mean lower prices and wider choice. Nova Code picks the model with the right price and quality for each task and builds the AI solution on it.
